Use internet and mobile to enable the following key areas:-
Engagement with customers, Engagement with employees and Engagement with sales and distribution partners

Social Media & Video Marketing and ORM:
Manage company’s online presencein order to engage with prospects and existing customers.
Management of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google+ accounts for Company, and helping to develop social media strategy, policies and procedures.
Leverage the Social Media opportunity in order to engage with customers, distribution partners and employees.
Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Planning the use of videos effectively to increase the brand and product visibility using latest technologies.

Online Reputation Management – Customer queries/complaints generated through Social Media, Third Party websites, Help and Support and direct website. Performing online reputation and social media audits.

Online Campaign Management : Drive and manage all digital marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and awareness creation.
Strategic and Execute Online/Mobile Display, Affiliate, email, landing pages and Social Media Campaigns to drive Traffic, New User Acquisition, and Brand visibility Develop and maintain relationships with Digital marketing agencies.Manage Digital, Social, and Creative

Agencies to deliver Business Results – Work with internal teams, and external agencies to shape campaign themes
Develop digital metrics strategies and conduct analysis to make recommendations that will increase client ROI & market share
Continuously improve campaign effectiveness using performance metrics, different promotional offers, A/B testing etc.
Segment and leverage the marketing database for efficient and effective campaign targeting

Reports and Analytics :
Effectively use Analytic Tools to study online customer behavior and use the learning to make the online platforms & Campaign more effective.
Campaign/Consumer Analytics, Insights, and Optimization Planning
Tracking, analyzing and reporting results at desired and regular intervals
