Search Advertising Skills and experience is most important but a reasonably good broader exposure to advertising on various online media channels including Display Media Channels and Social Media Channels will be preferred.
Candidate should be on top of the industry trends in Online Media and should be able to evaluate new media technologies and conceptualize/ architect and end to end solution for the client.
