Iksula Services is looking for an energetic, experienced Performance Marketing Head to join our ever-expanding agile-oriented Digital Marketing Team. The Performance Marketing Head will lead the Paid Marketing, SEO, Email and Affiliate Marketing Team/Services
Resourceful, organized, with an impeccable eye for detail, the ideal candidate should adapt well to rapid change and be comfortable liaising with Project Lead, Service Lead and members of upper management.
Strong Digital Marketing track record, directly involved in strategizing & managing campaigns using Google Adwords Facebook campaigns, Direct Media, Affiliate, SEO and Email
Strong analytic and decision making skills to identify problem areas and the ability to take immediate corrective actions.
Understand KPIs of each projects and ensuring that each team(SEM, SMO, eMAil and Affiliate) meets its respective targets which are mutual setup with the Project lead
Develop insights and delivering client business impact in terms of revenue, visibility and brand penetration
Proven leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to achieve goals through teamwork, collaboration, and relationship management in matrix & entrepreneurial organizations.
Lead the entire strategy modeling & marketing effort around lead generation and eCommerce conversions
Formulating Performance Marketing Strategies for key existing and prospective customers
Leading go-to-market strategy and driving transformation initiatives with various clients in the digital marketing ecosystem.
Participate in weekly status meetings with the Business Head
Help define, implement and monitor quality assurance standards for deliverable
Actively manage service development
Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment
Must have a proven track record of effectively handling multiple teams and should be a strategic thinker.
Experience: 5 to 10 yrs
Salary: INR 7,00,000 – 17,00,000 P.A
