The IBM MMS is strategic initiative in the area of Marketing Automation and Process works with an objective to help clients in their marketing plans. Managed Marketing Services involved in strategic planning of campaigns and its execution coupled with pre and post campaign analytics services.
Marketing professionals work across the key areas of B2C Campaigns and support industries including banking , Credit Cards and Insurance.
MMS supports client with its skilled team of experts in arena of digital marketing, marketing automation and data analytics. Campaign Management solution helps our client in driving business results through the study of past campaign data using mathematical and statistical analysis for decision-making.
The role revolves around forecasting, Building, Executes & Delivers accurate audience data for assigning campaigns.
1. Provide forecasted volumes in campaign requirement session
2. Review technical specs and ensure completeness in support of campaigns.
3. Build, Executes & Delivers accurate audience data for assigning campaigns.
4. Campaign Flowchart
5. DSO Documentations
6. Campaign close out documentation
7. Apply Audience criteria and execute list deployment
8. Monitor FACTA Waiver need
Required Skills: Campaign Specialist, Marketing Automation tool-Unica
Total years of experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Candidate should be willing to work in mid shifts – 2 pm to 12 pm
At least 4 years experience in Campaign , Marketing Automation tool-Unica
At least 7 years experience in Campaign , Marketing Automation tool-Unica
