Online Buying
Manage the Online Buying campaigns module for the Online products & organization
Generate & track business cases end-to-end to achieve the set business targets using various channels like online campaigns, email marketing, SMS marketing, website like webengage etc.
Online Campaign & Mobile Marketing
Online campaign planning, management, analysis, execution and evaluation
Co-ordination with E-marketing Agency
Achieve lead generation and business targets
Effective optimizing of the campaign daily keeping the CTR, CPC & COA above the industry standards
Manage key relationships with all the partners & along with the final invoicing closures with each partners
Generate max. ROI possible from each partner
Working with the creative agency & preparing different creatives that would help in further improvement of ROI
Tracking, Analysis & MIS
MIS, Lead management, budget and ROI tracking
Analyze online customer segmentation & behavior coming from various campaigns & website & optimize the campaigns accordingly
Business generation from Dropped data (call center management)
Tracking of the dropped data (source-wise) & liason with the call center team for the maximum sales through dropped data
Coordination with the Call Center Team & improving the conversion% on the data provided

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications, Number of years of experience:

MBA in Marketing with 5 – 7 years of experience in online campaign management


Should have worked in a similar function preferably in a service industry or with a     Web/Online agency and have delivered business via Online platform
Experience in Online campaign management, Email & SMS marketing
Understanding of Call center working and dispositions & optimize campaigns accordingly
