Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving the brands social media and mobile strategy and displays an eagerness for driving traffic and brand awareness across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years in social media and the e-retail industry. This candidate is an excellent communicator with writing experience, enthusiasm for visual communication and knowledge of a multitude of social media platforms and reporting utilities. The candidate should have experience with managing online communities and a skill set that includes customer service, marketing and online publishing.


-Build an engaging brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and so on.
-Develop time and action calendar for social media and mobile campaigns/programs, including creative and legal approval processes (when needed).
-Work collaboratively with Marketing, Merchandising and E-commerce teams to ensure consistent delivery of brand message across all digital platform.
-Measure and report growth and engagement of social media/mobile initiatives. Analyze effectiveness of programs and determine if action is required in order to improve upon program results.
-Produce unique content to engage our Social Media communities. Keep up to date on the most recent information regarding the Social Media sites and how best to maximize customer engagement and growth.
-Understand the online/mobile communities and provide information and insight into the current platforms as well as any up and coming that would enhance our brand and customer experience.
-Develop and execute tactics that will promote growth on our social media sites capture new audiences, invite friends, create groups, create forums, distribute new video and photography footage of brand marketing activities for placement on blogs, social networking sites, search engines, etc.
Analyze Competitors Social Media/E-com and provide insight and information to be circulated Weekly/monthly/quarterly to the Marketing and Merchandise teams.
-Maximize social network interaction on a daily basis to keep communities engaged respond to fan posts regularly while maintaining the voice of the brand.
-Work with SMS vendor to deploy text messages and campaign reporting.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree from College or university; or four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be proficient with Excel spreadsheets and understand formulas in order to calculate and track results.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Google + and so on.
-Excellent web/blog writing skills and strong grasp of the visual web
-Strong self-starter who thinks on his/her feet to solve problems. Ability to recommend, and initiate work and projects with minimal direction
-Knowledge of digital Marketing and analytics platforms that support social media channels such as Google Analytic s, Facebook, Pinterest and so on
-Attention to detail, time management skills, exceptional initiative & follow-through skills
-Superior interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; ability to thrive in a cross-functional, team-based environment is critical
-Strong sense of urgency, drive and passion to take ownership of all projects.Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
-Strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
-Knowledge about the latest online, news, technology and social media trends.
-Exceptional and creative writing skills with a flair for social network, online jargon, humorous and relatable writing style.
-Retail and/or customer service experience a plus
-Interest in pop-culture, music, teen lifestyle and fashion a plus

Salary: 3,00,000 – 7,50,000 P.A
